Our Story
My love for coffee began far from where I roast today — in the Himalayas. It was there, surrounded by mountains and simplicity, that I first experienced how a cup of coffee could be more than just a drink. It was warmth, connection, and a spark of energy that could transform a moment.
That spark grew into a journey. Step by step, I worked my way through nearly every corner of the coffee industry — from production to sales, learning how each part of the chain shapes the final cup. Along the way, I faced more than a few challenges: from not having the right space to roast, to struggling with the wrong equipment, and even experiencing the heartbreak of seeing a roastery go under water. Each setback taught me something new and strengthened my commitment to the craft.
This roastery was built on those lessons — on resilience, passion, and a belief that coffee should make people feel special, uplifted, and energized. Every batch we roast is a chance to share that belief with you, and to honor the incredible work of the farmers who make it possible.
